Zumba® Makes it to Munster region Ireland!
THE INTERNATIONAL FITNESS PHENOMENON THAT FEELS MORE LIKE A PARTY THAN A WORKOUT!
Zumba® - the newest, hottest, Latin dance-inspired workout changing the face of fitness across the world is finally arriving in Munster region Ireland. Cedric Mahango certified Zumba instructor is the man responsible for bringing Zumba to Munster region since 2009.
Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!
Cedric Mahango, from you can dance academy, is excited to be introducing Zumba® and to be the first to offer the program in Munster region. ______________________________________________________________
"Zumba® has millions of people in over 40 countries across the globe motivated to lose kilos and centimetres and feel incredible," says Cedric. "A Zumba® workout is all about fun – you don't need to love exercise or know how to Zumba®. Zumba® takes the 'work' out of a 'workout,' combining dynamic and accessible exercise moves with interval cardio-training."
"The difference with Zumba® is the music – it's the special motivational ingredient. With specific beats and tempo changes, all you need to do is move naturally to the beat. The workout starts with one simple step and then moves up the body until everything is in motion."
Cedric Mahango, at you can dance academy explains, "Zumba creates a great energy and vibe that isn't experienced through conventional exercise. People of all ages and skill levels can join in the class and have a ton of fun!" ______________________________________________________________
"People who enjoy Zumba® know that fitness doesn't have to be about repetition and pain. With Zumba®, it feels like a party – the results are almost secondary. The best thing about Zumba® is the way it's so addictive!"
